Timothy J. Hogan has over twenty-five years' experience representing large and small corporations in a variety of litigation matters for both plaintiffs and defendants.
Hogan is a seasoned litigation veteran who has tried products liability cases, toxic tort cases, complex commercial cases, and cases involving catastrophic personal injury. He has also been involved in major cases representing lien holders in eminent domain proceedings and a variety of other real estate litigation matters. Hogan has served as both trial and coordinating counsel on mass tort dockets and has tried more than fifty lawsuits in his legal career. In addition, Hogan has experience handling bankruptcy matters for creditors. Finally, he has experience in the Maritime/Admiralty field regarding claims by seamen, cargo owners, and vessel suppliers.
Before joining Deans & Lyons in an Of Counsel role, Hogan was a partner in the Houston office of Beirne, Maynard and Parsons, L.L.P.
